Written by jazz saxophonist Benny Golson in the 50s, this jazz standard was a big hit for Quincy Jones in the 70's. The simple chord melody is followed by a 32 bar solo stressing the use of one bar phrases and then echoing them over a different chord change. This helps you focus on the development of one short phrase instead of rambling on and on throughout a solo. 31 minute video with close ups rehearsed slowly by measure then rehearsed by section with PDFs in tab and notation plus an Mp3 practice track.
