A 12 bar blues in F written by Charlie Parker in 1945 as a tribute to Billy Shaw that was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2002.This is one of Charlie's most popular jazz heads. In this video Rich walks you through each phase rehearsing them in two octaves and in whole steps up the neck. This will help you play the head fluidly in both octaves.
